PUT YOUR MUM CENTRE STAGE THIS MOTHER'S DAY AT BLAKES RESTAURANT
Blakes Restaurant within the award winning Hard Days Night Hotel is inviting guests to treat their mums like royalty on Sunday, March 30 with the help of their Mother’s Day menu.
Devised by head chef Paul Ferry, the amorous three-course meal will feature a wide assortment of the best seasonal produce available and will cater for a variety of palates.
He said: “Mother’s Day is all about spoiling the special ladies in your life and our menu will definitely do the trick. Our aim is to combine great food with a sincere atmosphere, to allow families to spend some quality time together during a celebratory feast dedicated to their loved ones.”
To begin their meal, diners can chose from a selection of starters including Duck Spring Rolls with Hoi Sin and Plum Sauce, Seafood Risotto with Saffron and Spring Vegetable Soup served with Warm Bread.
Main courses include, Supreme of Red Tractor Chicken with Sweet Potato, Wild Mushrooms and Tarragon Jus, Fillet of Seabass with Crushed New Potatoes, Spinach, Lemon Parsley and Garlic Dressing and Roasted Vegetable Tart with Balsamic and Rocket Salad.
Those with a sweet tooth can then enjoy an assortment of indulgent desserts including White Chocolate Pavlova with Raspberries, Apple and Cinnamon Crumble with Vanilla Ice Cream and Sticky Toffee Pudding with Warm Caramel Sauce.
Blakes Restaurant is open to residents and non-residents alike. The eatery combines both excellent food with a chic and stylish vibe, creating the perfect setting for an intimate family meal.
The Mother’s Day menu is available on Sunday, March 30 and costs £32.50 per person.
