HARD DAYS NIGHT HOTEL LAUNCHES NEW MOBILE APP

The award-winning Hard Days Night Hotel has launched its very own mobile app.

From today, the app will be available for iPhone and Android devices, as well as an enhanced version for iPad users.

It was developed by Full Service Media Agency specialising in App Development, Crosby Associates, to enable customers to view up to the minute news and offers, link up with the hotel’s social media platforms as well as take advantage of the best hotel rates - all while on the go.

Additionally, users will have the ability to make table reservations at the hotel’s popular restaurant, Blakes, as well viewing menus and galleries. Information regarding nearby attractions around Liverpool, will also be available on the mobile tool.

General Manager Mike Dewey said: “We are delighted with the introduction of our exclusive mobile app, which has been crafted to make the hotel more accessible and interactive for our customers.

“We want to provide customers with a dedicated service that will be both engaging and suitable for their travel needs. We have also included links to our social network sites to offer users a 360 degree experience.”

The release of the app will enable Hard Days Night Hotel to maintain a direct relationship with its customers as well as moving forward in technological advancements.  

With over one billion app users worldwide, hotel bookings made via smart phones and tablets are steadily increasing. According to a recent report, 20% of all hotel reservations are expected to be made via apps this year.

Mike added: “It is important to offer our customers convenience when it comes to making hotel bookings. We also hope that as a result of our new comprehensive and time efficient mobile tool, we will attract many new customers.”
