Conference & Banqueting Supervisor - Full Time

Position Overview

We are looking to recruit a Full Time Conference and Banqueting Supervisor.

The Conference & Banqueting supervisor is responsible for the set up and running of functions varying from conferences, weddings and private parties. They are responsible for training and developing team members to their best ability, in keeping with the company guidelines and service standards. Thus also ensuring that all health and safety and hygiene regulations are met throughout their daily duties. Cash handling and beverage stock rotation and control will also be a duty carried out within the supervisor role.
