Klaus Voorman visits Hard Days Night Hotel.

The world famous artist, musician and record producer, famed for his long relationship with The Beatles, Klaus Voorman, visited Liverpool during this years Mathew Street Festival to unveil a specially commissioned piece of artwork at Hard Days Night Hotel.

Voorman who won a Grammy in 1966 for his design for the Fab Four's Revolver album. Thirty years later he was asked by Apple to create the cover for The Beatles anthology.

His new work is displayed and will remain in the lounge of the Hard Days Night Hotel. The General Manager of the hotel said of the unvieling "This is such an honour for Hard Days Night Hotel. Klaus's name is synonymous with The Beatles and to be timed to coincide with the Mathew Street Festival hopefully means fans of the Fab Four will be able to view a piece of work that will undoubtedly take it's place in Liverpool and Bealtes history."
